Truly comprehensive guide for a productive mindset. From the mindfulness section to guidance on how to break a fast The Anti-Fragile Diet provides necessary solutions for modern problems, that no other creators address. In a world full of grifters that have nothing valuable to sell, this book stands apart as something most anyone can gain from.

Thanks dude, I really appreciate it. I intend to get a second edition out at some point hopefully not to long from now, so check your email for some updates!

This book is filled with lots of good information. The particulars on fasting are very informative. I tried out the 16 hour fast and am excited to dive into the multi day fasting. The Venn diagram of healthy eating for maintenance and the discussion of using mindset to objectively examine your relationship with food were both helpful. I think putting all of this into practice will help me improve my relationship with eating and be less compulsive.

So now for my critique: Atlas you really should spend a little more time to edit your writing before publishing! There are several really obvious typos on almost every single page. I’m not expecting Shakespeare with APA in-text citations or anything, but if I’m paying 20 bucks for 69 pages of writing, it would be really nice if it felt like you took the editing part a little bit more seriously.

That's fair. I want to get a second edition out with all the stuff I've learned since I originally published, hopefully sometime this summer. I actually have plans to try a medically measured and monitored case study that would give some good info that I could use to update my recommendations on how far you can push extended fasting, but who knows if I'll get around to that lol. Either way I'll try to clean up the typos when I put out the second edition. Whenever I get it everyone who already bought it should automatically get the updates sent to their email.

Bought for half the Prize when it was on sale. A Nobrainer for me. I like how the information is written down and love the way Atlas tells how to fast like he is writing a diary. Clear roadmap and troubleshooting strategies. My first 48 h fast is done and I am looking forward to my first 72 hours.
